NailPorn...Yummy

First of all lets just say a night out in Chelsea has never been my ideal area to dabble in a bit of dancing but we figured as it was all about nail design, our fingers were just burning to touch up on the latest craze!

The night was also in conjunction with those cool kids at The Bang Bang, so a trip down the posh was was inevitable.
Well when we arrived we definitely didnt expect  metro sexual men with prettier nails than ours flaunting them around for the celebrity judges Henry Holland, Ellie Goulding, and incredible nail designer to the stars, Jenny Longworth.
The night kicked off with a Bang, Mojito cocktails for the guests, yes please *grins*, the rest of the night kept shining on with Vajazzle fittings and manicures throughout the night. It was definately a first for A Right Pair. A glamourous but relaxed evening with great music and friendly nail obsessed people that we are sure would agree with us when we say, Shine, paint and Vajazzle.

True Skool

So a right pair headed down to 'True School', which was hoted at Vibe Bar last week, with an enthusiastic amosphere, the DJ spun tunes from all over the gaff meaning there was a nice mixture of urban music so everyone go there 'flava' of the day.  With beat boxing, dance groups, live video viewing, an interesting MC clash which was old school verses new school hip hop, a drum and base set by a real old school master of ceremonies and the realest headlining performance by ROthripleX AKA Roxxxan.
It was a really cool night, while its only right to say the concept behind the night could have been genius, the execution on the other hand led the thoughts of the night in another direction. One downfall was the heavy intoxication from the fumes of the graffiti artist. It was abit obscure as to why they had a graffitu artist blocking the gangway which was quite imposing. I mean, to have an artist there beats the pair of us!

An accolade to WESC headphones

A right pair would like to take the time to pay homage to the product makes my journey across London oh so beautiful.
Yes, a blissful journey into london is only possible when listening to ones WESC headphones. So lets just give you a brief overview of why these phones specifically a certified love. Well first of all they are of a brilliant quality at a value that is acceptable to any young person who appreciates a banging sound for around £55, which is totally affordable with a student loan or cleaning cars for a week. They come in an array of colours to suit your mood, so to hell with it you can buy the whole collection if it suits you, we say whatever floats your boat!
And the icing on the cake is the wonderful most cherished one year warranty, of which you can use to your own discretion...
we wont encourage any bad behaviour although we like it *wink*

Ash Catch'em Headlining YoYo's

Ash catch'Em presented his first headliner at YoYo Notting Hill Arts Club for his YoYo mix tape supported by a live band. All that will be said is what a crazy night, an informal and energetic performance by Ash himself, left 'A right Pair' feeling a desire to be 'Popular' as the aroma of stouts left a right pair engaging in some serious two step sequences and an all round good vibe. To end the phenomenal night a once in a lifetime DJ set from Q-Tip sent you back in nostalgia with his selective mix of hip hop soul and R'n'B classics.
